We are an AKC sanctioned, code of ethics Rottweiler club whose members are dedicated to preserving the working heritage of this extraordinarily versatile breed. We strive to promote a positive image of the Rottweiler by participating in many community events that allow the general public to meet well rounded, stable examples of this breed. We sponsor numerous events every year including: temperament tests, herding trials, rattlesnake avoidance training, carting, and AKC agility, obedience and conformation shows. We also provide adoption and rescue services and occasionally have dogs in need of a forever home. All dogs adopted from SRCSD are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and temperament tested before going to their new home. During their stay in foster homes, they learn basic commands and house manners.
