to individuals wishing to spay or neuter their family owned pets. We are a non profit organization supported by your donations.

The Feral Cat Coalition is pleased to announce the long-awaited opening of its first permanent spay/neuter facility, Feral and Friends. Since June 2012, we have provided spay and neuter to more than 5,000 feral cats.
The clinic is located at the corner of 2nd and Greenfield streets in El Cajon.

IMPORTANT Note: Neuter Scooter is here in San Diego to help financially challenged pet owners. We may refer you to a private veterinarian office.
Financial Aid and County Litter-Free Rebates may be available for those who can not afford our low cost fee's.
